Return Policy

Items, excluding personal hygiene can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery, Contact us via email to initiate your return. We will mail you return labels. This can take one week. After the return is in the mail, it can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our company, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 4-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. oneNcrediblecreation will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This will be an up to date live shipping quote for USPS.
